Flowers and A Teddy Bear left on the side of Lake Shore and Stadium

Flowers and a teddy bear was tide to a pole on the corner of Fleet St. and Stadium On Friday Jan 30th. It seems that the scene may have been the scene of an accident involving a child and possibly cauing the unfortunate loss of life for the child.

Our resarch could not determine who had tied those beautiful flowers to the pole. If you have any information please let us know and we will post a description of incident for our viewers to see.
